With a love for all things Italian, I’m not surprised that my favourite desserts are
Italian-inspired. This is embodied in the flavours of my Menu Degustazione.
Everything I produce uses the very best ingredients available and embraces the
seasonality and regionality of Italian cuisine. Simplicity is the highest form of sophistication.
Our cakes should taste as good as they look – they must be light and moist; full of clean, subtle flavour!
